Book Signing – The Complete Book of Triathlon Training - 28th March

We have some very exciting news! We have been asked to host a book signing event for one of our top athletes, Mark Kleanthous, who competes in triathlons, marathons and ironman events. Mark wrote his book, The Complete Book of Triathlon Training to share his knowledge and experience gained since competing in the first Triathlon ever held in the UK at Reading in 1983. Since then he has covered more than 6,000 miles swimming, 170,000 miles cycling, 51,000 running and racing, run 73 marathons in times of less than 3 hours and competed in more than 400 triathlons.
Given the wide range of sporting disciplines that Mark has excelled in it goes without saying that his experience and knowledge of training, physical conditioning, planning, nutrition, race preparation and recovery will be beneficial to many other athletes whose sport demands an element of endurance e.g. Cyclist Runners and many others. Therefore please do share this email with your friends.
Besides being able to purchase the book and have it signed, Mark will be holding some ‘Ask the Expert’ sessions. So if anyone has particular issues or subjects they would like advice on, whether it’s about training or appropriate equipment etc., then this event will be ideal.

Mark is the first Britain to write a book from start to finish for the Sprint Olympic distance Triathlon half and full Ironman Triathlon.
