Workshop Services

At Twenty3c we offer two levels of services in our workshop to cater for everyone.

Standard Service - £60 + Parts

This is our most popular service option and we would recommend that you have your bike serviced a couple of times a year if you use it regularly or once a year if you are an occasional cyclist.

Service includes –

Gears checked and re-adjusted
Brakes checked and adjusted
Tyres checked and inflated
Headset checked and adjusted
Check and torque components
Wheels Trued

Full Service - £100 + Parts

This is ideal if you want to give your bike a full overhaul ready for the start of the new season.

Service Includes –

Full strip down of all components, drive train cleaned or replaced if required.
Frame cleaned and inspected
Gears checked and re-adjusted
Brakes checked and adjusted
Tyres checked and inflated
Headset serviced and adjusted
Check and torque components
Wheels Trued

Full Builds

We are able to build you a custom spec bike from parts you supply. If the frame and components are purchased from Twenty3c we will build your bike free of charge.

Workshop Procedure

Our workshop operates on a pre-booked basis to ensure you are without your bike for as little time as possible. To book your bike in call us at shop on 01908 260322 and we will be able to give you a date. Your bike will need to be with us by 9.30am on the day you are booked in for (it is possible to arrange to drop the bike off the afternoon before) and we will aim to turn it around in 24-48hrs. We ask that you bring your bike in a clean state.
