Pro Energy is designed for carbohydrate loading. It can be used the night before an event or training and can be used the same day up to two hours before the event or training. Pro Energy is a blend of time released maltodextrin for a sustained performance.

Use Instructions:
Mix three scoops in 500ml of water. Take the night before an event as part of your carbohydrate loading regime or up to two hours prior to the event. For the two hours prior to an event take CNP's Pro Hydrate for optimum hydration and to maintain energy stores.
